Everyone wants the feature to upload pics from the pc, give them that. Seriously your software is useless without that. Since January I have your software and I used your software only one week because nothing was working even if your bot is telling you that its working, when you check manually nothing. The upload from pc is the most important feature needed and you are not doing it. It seems like you don't care about your customers. Fortunately, I'm using an other software now and didn't wait for you to update Tumbleforce.

I don't care for the uploading because all I used the bot for is to like people and follow them. But the bot doesn't even do that. But you're correct the bot is kind of crap IMO and blown I wasted money on it. I been waiting weeks to months for features to work and it hasn't. Below is what is what sucks.

1) The whole keyword search is bull. I tested by enter 1 kw and it got more results then if I entered 2-3. Like damn man just make it so I can just enter as many kws and it will scrape it in order not this keyword,keyword,keyword. For real marketers you know theres thousands of KWs you wanna load up not just 2-3.. like come on!

2) The liker on the tumblr bot doesn't work and if it does it just does for a few days. I put even delays of 1min+ and nothing.

I never like to leave a bad review honestly but this is just crap. Both this and the Pinterest bot will be the last time I ever purchase a bot from this guy. No hard feelings but this is 100% crap. I recommend anyone who plans to buy this to look somewhere else till this turns in to a real bot.

Hey Rickstar,

Just bought your pinioneer software a few hours ago and just realized that I could have purchased tumbleforce for just about $20 more. (totally my fault for working on 2 hours sleep and rushing). Would have gone for both at $99.99. I was wondering if it would be possible to still get this software at that price. If not, I totally understand, just thought I would ask. Thanks

We appreciate your feedback. As of late there have been some major changes for both Pinterest and Tumblr, and frankly we have been up to date with it as best as we can. In fact, I am now paying $1500 per week to developers out of my own pocket, to make sure that everything is running smoothly. I'm sure you have noticed the new updates coming out every couple of days.

With that said, I believe customer support is one of the, if not THE most important things in our business. You don't have to read far back to see all the positive reviews coming in for PinPioneer and TumbleForce. So, I am more than happy to help you via Teamviewer and walk you through everything (i.e. keyword search, and liking which is working right now). Skype, Teamviewer, you name it. Round the clock.

Who else offers that and great products at super low costs?

Yes rickstar, but it is true that we cannot use basic features most of the time like follow, unfollow and so on. I think you should try to push out more updates in times of changes.
