You only just opened a support ticket this morning I have fixed your VPS

Setup time for SSD VPS is 1-48 hours, it says that on order form.

They use WHMCS like I do, as do most hosting providers

Thanks for the quick response. i just placed an order with you. I cancelled services with Berman Hosting after 10 mins of signing on (their customer service is good though and they are providing a full refund). It was just SUPER slow even with 2GB RAM. Hope urs is better.

Just reporting back.

So far, the service is great. Pretty fast (2GB RAM). I quit using Berman because there's was pretty slow. I still have one VPS, which comes with SEO tools, so it saves me some money.

Hope your VPS keeps performing well and I may get another one!
