Yes, it is possible to get different sites with Bigger Package and you get to chose the site for Wikipedia link.
Yes It would be coming from article.In the worst case however, The link will be permanent on Wikipedia.

Any hint as to what these links are and if they are contextual then is the spun article readable? Also can you please list the different social platforms these signals will be coming from?

The wikipedia.org link will be placed anywhere on the site and it will be live and permanent. You may not get traffic after sometime but link would be permanent.

20+ Backlinks are from high PR (not PA) and DA site. Most of them are Powerful Social and Business Directories (Untapped, PR4+) and not any blog network. I think I have covered all the known social media network. Fb,linkedin,twitter,pinterest,delicious,stumble,digg,postorues,aol,myspace etc.
