1, Can I get Geo targeted views and likes from Africa? (which countries if available let me choose one.)
2, Can I drip views to like 1.5k or 2k per day? (I'm in a contest and would seem suspicious if I get 5k+ same day.)
3, Can I get custom comments from Africa accounts?
4, Paypay is not supported in my country and the last time I had to pay some with Liberty reserve to help me pay with paypal but now Liberty reserve is shut down. So I want to know if you acceprt Payze cos that's the only option available to me now.

you can get custom comments, but it wont be from african accounts. will be from usa accounts. as far as comments, i dont think they can find the country.
