i really want to make another purchase of 30,000 views but i'd rather do so when over-delivery if fully working again, BB mentioned something about it hopefully being fixed later this week, if anyone finds out when its available again let me know!

I have a friend who is an aspiring rap artist and looking to improve his youtube video views, as I am new to purchasing views of any sort I am wondering how well you think this would work? And also, how long does it usually take for views to start rolling in and would YT notice this? I would hate to drop $100 just for the video to be deleted, if you know what I'm saying. Sorry, I started to read through a couple of pages about this topic but was unable to find any real answers... So sorry if this is a double post.
