2. For the comments, what will the quality of the comments be like?

hey BigBuddy just placed another order for 50,000 views .
I placed so many orders with BigBuddy and I never look anywhere else for views because of how fast of the delivery and the over delivery I'm so glad he started offering likes now its almost a one stop shop, I just wish he starts offering favorites & subscribers.

Yes, it can be done..
we can able to provide country targeted, but over deliver is not possible. Will launch targeted views in couple of days. Multiple referrers is not possible now and working on fb and twitter referrer for time watch views and it will be launched soon.
