So far I am VERY unhappy with this service. I ordered 5,000 retention views from BigBuddy. I ordered these views because I wanted to bring my retention up and be higher ranked in search results. I have so far gotten 60,000 views on my video. 37,000 of these views have registered with analytics, and it has brought my retention from OVER 50% to below 2%. Although the views were over-delivered, it did nothing towards my goal of retention increase, it actually made my retention extremely low and my video now ranks lower than the playlist it is in. Obviously all of these low retention views will make it even harder to bring the retention up at all in the future. I am partnered and my video was monetized, and I'm now slightly worried about getting caught by my network for buying views. Essentially BigBuddy has ruined my ranking in searches. Right now I would not recommend this service to anyone else, however I do believe that BigBuddy might take action to fix this upon seeing this message, because he seems reliable and very concerned with customer satisfaction.

My video is now at 40,000 views with 0.1% retention. I originally purchased 5k. This really makes me regret not just purchasing views from Skittles like I had originally planned. the idea of buying additional views to just bring the retention up to something respectable is annoying. with this many views a refund won't even cover what I'd have to buy next. I need this made right.

Not sure why views from an obviously broken method have are still being blasted at my video. Feels irresponsible.

I see views coming in, in fact i have 100,000 views. but VERY low view time. Are you still trying to fix view time? Only have a couple hundred minutes watched... not good...
 
No views coming to me , i hope he keeps it that way, better wait until the view retention is fixed.
 
I havent got the purchased views yet but I honestly dont mind waiting until everything is fixed. I also pmed you my url BB :)
 
Lol this guy overdelivered me by 300% ..I ordered 10K and from 400 views during 2 days I got 43000 (I think that 10K views is by me) GJ!
 
Yo i need you to stop sending these bogus views to my video until you can confirm you can deliver high retention views. My video is now at 46k views with no sign of these views getting better.
 
Yo, you all need to chill out. Bigbuddy is amazing, and has great customer service. I've purchased about 200k views from him and I am highly rated in all of them at 80% or higher retention. Skittles made my videos actually go down in retebtion. Please be mindful its the holidays so give him time to respond.
 

Kindly note, when there are good times, I Over delivered like 500% - 1300% without compromising the quality and most of them experienced good rankings. Now method was patched and retention went down..

Method was patched aside when we sending the views, where we cant control it..I never said in my sales page that these are monetisable views and these views are just for the purpose of rankings.

Guys, who are not satisfied with my service, kindly pm me your Transaction id to avail the refund.

We already closed our service, till we confirm ourselves that we can provide the same quality like before.

I ordered BB service again and he has worked hard to get the timed views where they need to be. He is keeping up with YT's changes better than anyone else who is offering views. He over delivered once again and once again I have seen a huge notice in natural views and click throughs to my site.

So it's patched until further notice? You over delivered the views from 5k to 46k which is great however the retention rate is below 1%. What can be done?
 
Your only option is to now find another provider who can deliver like 3 times the amount of high retention views to even out the damage.

Our only option is to refund now, till we find who can fix this damage..
