I do it manually, search for keywords relating to your video to find the ranking. I'm unsure of any programs that can actually find rankings of youtube videos that are functional.

I'm afraid I cannot provide you with an accurate explanation of backlinks however, you can buy them from services threads on this forum. Simply search : backlinks. You can get good quality backlinks for $5 on this forum
If your content is for a fake niche such a key generators, offer people the key generator with a direct link if they subscribe to you (you don't have to give them it if they comply). Another method could just be blatantly asking them to subscribe.

well, after a while of searching, i couldnt find a way to temporarily disable my adsense account, so instead i just went into video manager on youtube and deselected the monitize button on that video in particular, hope that resolves the issue ill remonitize it when the views are delivered

They give more juice than regular high retention mobile views, so yes. Not 100% sure though, over delivery on regular retention views were really great.
