I have just got youtube stats for 11/10 order (30k geotargeted views) 53423772J11813016,
and stats for 28/09 order (20k geotargeted views) 2B617712HC5173209.
This last one was on another channel i could access only today, and Inoticed the order was also delivered on 10th october (very late)

I have screenshooted youtube stats, i can send you by email if you like. It says of the 31000 views delivered,
only 4000 from UK the rest from countries all over the world. Same story for the other video, only a small fraction where from the country I choosed.
I didn't buy from other sellers.

Or is that not possible? The other views have a retention of 30 sec. and I want to mix it up with your high retention views if possible.

Hope your are mentioning these 2 videos, 11/10 as xxxxyFoY and 28/9 as xxxx7fRA. The screenshot you sent on mail is not clear on which video you are mentioning, and videos are private too now. So please enable the stats for these videos, so that we can check it out. And we didn't keep that 40$, After initiating the 40K views in our server, you yourself removed the video, so we cannot re initiate that video again. We have clearly mentioned in our thread, once views initiated, video cannot be changed. And for next 33000 views thing, Yours remaining order was 40K and 20K for different countries, so as per your request we have made that as 40K + 40K as 80K for 2 different countries. By giving 20K extra views. That was delivered, please check before initiating views it was 3 view and now its 102K views. Please check. So for the first 2 videos, please make the video public and enable the stat, so that we can check it out.

Also, yesterday delivery, i got 33.000 views instead of 40.000 - But the real problem are those two wrong orders above.

I'm not sure what's happening with your service. It was ok since a couple of weeks ago. You kept 40$ for my mistake on another order, ok, but if you're fair you should refund me those two for your own fault.

Hi, Providing views from different providers will affect the video count. So avoid purchasing different views at same time. Purchase the other views once the previous one has been completed.

I ordered 300,000 USA geo views at 10,000 USA geo views per day. My video started off at the top of page 1, spot #1, and now it's dropped to spot #2.
Most of the views are coming from Poland. I want most of the views from the United States.
The first time I uploaded the video, it was naturally getting likes, dislikes, subscribers, and now(after a re-render and re-upload) nothing.
The relative audience retention is also below average to low. Unlike the first one that was above average to average.
Do what you did the first time, guys. I need people to see the video so I can eventually make money off it and get back what I spent marketing it.
Pls treat this as Urgent and see to it that I get what I paid for and let me know when it's fixed.

Hi azma, each day its 10k. But sometimes it could be less or more than 10k, as its difficult for us to deliver exact 10k each day and balance will be carry forward to next day.

Regarding poland views, we are sending only usa views and it did nt get mixed with poland. Please send the stats pic to linkooz and he will take care. Thanks.
