I don't think seller will come back again, the seller and his wife ( we actually don't know she actually daves wife or not) and dave fake id just trying to take monthly subscription fee from people then run forever.

there are no personal problem, just think one thing their supporter telling us dave out of country for some personal issue. Which country? the country don't have Internet access? dave's don't have single minute for his customer?


He is just trying to Scamming people. He still not refunding my money.

I dont intend to be rude, But this is frustrating and the funny thing is that we are told dave does not have internet access.

You can get hold of internet access in remote areas of Africa and even the slums of India. Yet Dave in the last 20+ days could not get hold of a Computer device with internet access just to assure us.

Login to https://customer.jvzoo.com and enter your email and password that was on the receipt. You were billed $47 then $9 every month on behalf of JVZoo through paypal.. The $9/mo is what a lot of people are complaining about.

The paypal transaction will look like this:

Did you find out any information ? I have the same issue , i Paid $47 for the subscription which i only managed to use for two weeks before the account creation stoped working, and just now i was charged $9 even tho i canceled the payment

Make sure you cancel the "Preapproved Payment". JVZoo will continue to hit your paypal until you cancel it, or call up paypal and tell them to cancel it. After learning that JVZoo doesn't offer any support, (even billing support) I seriously doubt I will purchase any services/products through them.

Paraphrase: He said he was arrested by the FBI on a hacking charge that was alleged 10 years ago. It took 4 weeks to be transferred, and he was con-air with 5 different take-offs and landings. He was in 4 separate federal facilities, one with a 23 hour lock down, and on the weekends you don't even come out of your cell. Hey Everyone,

On march 4th 2013, I attempted to enter the US from Canada for a family emergency via air canada. I was held up in customs
and ended up missing my flight that day. The US customs officer had to walk me back to the Canadian side so I could rebook my flight. The problem was I could not get any flights to that area due to march break, so I ended up booking a flight the next morning to a city 1hr away and then was going to have someone meet me at the airport.

The next morning I arrived at the Canadian airport extra early, 2am to be exact. My flight was at 6am and I did not want to be held up in customs again and miss my flight. Little did I know US customs does not open until 4:30am in Canada, but regardless I waited and was about the 5th person in line. Once again the US customs took me to their "secondary inspection" however they cleared me and I asked what the problem was and they told me no big deal just needed to update their computers because I changed my flight. That should of been a red flag but I ignored it.

I got on that plane with 100 other passengers that morning at 6am and arrived in the US at around 9am. We landed and the flight was basically normal. We pulled up to the connecting arm into the terminal and over the speaker came a message. "please everyone remain seated as a passenger will be departing first". Then they called my name and I was like what the f*ck, it must be the worse and my dad has passed. The short answer, nope.

I was greeted by fbi. They proceeded to tell me that there was a warrant for my arrest from 10 years ago. As you could imagine I was dumbfounded. They allegedly claim that I hacked into some super secure computer servers. They then proceeded to read me my rights and as soon as they were done, I asked for a lawyer, which I think set them back because they were thinking they would question me.

So they took me to the court house, but because the "charge" was from a different district in the US, I would need to be transferred there. I was told one week max to be transferred.

It took 4 weeks to be transferred. I was on "con-air" 5 different take offs and landing flights. I spent time in 4 separate federal facilities, one with a 23 hour lock down, and on the weekends you don't even come out of your cell. I was with some people who I would of rather never of met. I have been put through hell, the worse prisons you can imagine I have been in. All for some alleged offence but at least my family was safe.

As you know, I recently had a daughter who is now 3 months old and I have not seen her until last night. I have not been able to sing her to sleep or hold her. I just got released on bail yesterday and was finally able to video chat with my wife and daughter and she gave me the biggest smile, it brought emotions over me, only a father would understand. I am innocent but I could be stuck in the US, away from my family, defending myself for the next couple of months. I do have my work laptop so I am able to fully work on the product.

Please understand that I will take care of every inquiry and every email. I am going to ask the mod to temporarily suspend the thread so I can catch up with all the support tickets.

This is a problem I could not of foreseen coming to light but rest assured I support my products 100% and will fix any bugs that may have risen since I left 1 month ago. I would never leave my products hanging and anyone that has chatted with me on skype or knows me, knows I stand behind my products 100%.

From the bottom of my heart I do apologize to each one of you.

Since there are far too many emails to answer, since it has been a month, I have set up a brand new email address, which I have emailed to all my customers, so please check your inbox.

Now, I do know the hotmail, yahoo free accounts were offline, I have since fixed them.
I noticed twitter changed their captcha to using google re-captcher, so I will fix the twitter captcha issue and get its module online later today. From what I see in the server logs, the gmail voip server went offline on march 12th, so I will need a few days to narrow down the bugs in the phone system so I can get the gmail pva back online. Anyone that was a customer, I have since emailed you where to contact me for support issues.

Please bare with me as I just got online yesterday, so it might take me a few days to respond to your emails.
