Tried multiple proxy providers and allot of the AOL accounts are getting flagged and locked.

This is easy enough to combat because they do not require phone verification.

All they want is to verify and change the password of the account, we can use the name generated but we also need the secret question/answer you used on the account.
Can you please log this into the system also so we can reverify account?

growth for the instagram accounts do they allow 5 accounts per ip per 24 hours so really 35 accounts per IP per week?

I think IG is still 5 accounts per 24 hours per ip, but things change all the time, so I suggest you test to know for sure. If that was the case then yes 35 per week per ip would be right.

Private proxies from Squid proxies, captcha company with image typerz.... everything is pretty straighforward. I dont THINK i made an error.

then when I upload using MVB the accounts got disabled.
