Absolutely! We use this service primarily to boost our tier 2 sites and they work great for YouTubes and Press Releases. That being said, we do have customers who will use them direct to money site, but we tend to focus on the parasite strategy for our primary link building.
immediate request for refund after the links were provided, the service itself was pretty fast but... these are the worst quality backlinks i have ever experienced in my life, thank god i just tested on a random blog of mine. i have received an automatic reply for my request of refund, let's see if they honour their money-back policy.

Received the report and I must say the links are utter garbage. Maximum one could use them is for tier-3 links and even then I would still have doubts. Normally I would request a refund but for 38 cents won't even bother.
I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the quality of the links that were built. While they are not manual links on high PR sites, we find that if you run the MozRanks for the domains, that you will get a wide variety of ranks and quality of links in each blast. I don't want to ever keep money from an unsatisfied customer so if you PM me your e-mail address or order number, I will gladly process the refund on it.
