How do the results compare between using a shield and pointing them directly at a website, have you done some tests?

Logically the web2.0's would leak link juice but 5 ref domains vs let's say 125 ref domains likely also makes a difference.

If I would create a parasite page on say rebelmouse, without building any other links would this work? And what type of anchor distribution would you suggest in such case?
