Yeah it happens man, usually when you've not got enough diversity.. these links will stick out like a sore thumb without the diversity in place especially in a manual review for that. With the diversity in place you can fly under the radar for much longer, you would have needed quite a bit of diversity using a platinum package. I'll check the email shortly.

I went with an alternative source because your sign up form was horrible to use.
Why should we need to put in what our current rank is? Surely your ranktracking software should give an initial ranking.

No I would advise you get lots of other links with plenty of anchor diversity going to that site first. These links alone will stick out like a sore thumb.. get that diversity in place first then give us a shout!

Sorry to hear that.. hope it all works out for you with the other guys though. Well "horrible" is quite a strong word considering we've had 1000s of orders and you're the very first guy to complain about this trivial problem. It's a record I ask for on most services as trackers are not always accurate, it's also good to see where clients think they are vs are when signing up. Besides that you could have just put n/a, check tracking or any number of things.
