all tested with UD and support what ultimate demon support , but for sure each task list can work with any submitter tool , e.g UD support phpLD for web directories task and any web directories submitter support this platform , about PR in each
task list have decent PR sites , most of sites Do*follow

No different platforms pligg ,scuttle ,...etc , yes of course you can use with BD , Wiki have good success rate (and it's depends on what tool you are use . your machine , .....etc) , about PR for socialbookmarking list this :

So far I tested only article sites and out of 2200 directories there are probably around 200 working ones others don't accept article submissions, I used AMR for this. I'm sure other platform lists are better but I still need to test them.
