OK, I got my links a through a while back, so apologies for not giving feedback earlier.

I got exactly what was offered by detox. I had: 1 PR0, 2 PR1 and 1 PR2. The links were sometimes in content and other times in other natural looking places. Also something that detox didn't mention is that the domains I would be given not one of them would be under 9 years old!

I had my 5 links pointed to one of my finance blogs, its not one of my money sites so I'm not tracking its search position. What I can tell you is that the 5 links had a dramatic effect on how often my blog was indexed by Google. Instead of my site being indexed every 12 days it is now indexed every 4! I don't know what everyone else thinks but in my book if Google indexes your site more often it must think your site is more important.

So, thank you detox for an excellent service!
