I placed an order for 12 articles several hours ago and was overcharged by $71.70 from the amount on the invoice received via email and in the shopping cart on your website. I'd appreciate your prompt attention to refund the difference I was overcharged. I sent you an email but got a Delivery Status Notification (Failure)

Hi, I've checked this right now and it doesn't appear that you've been overcharged - I've checked my shopping cart's transaction list and it's showing you paid $109.12 and I've also checked my payment processor's records (Sagepay) and they're also showing you've only sent me $109.12 which is the exact amount for 12 articles with a 35% discount.

Here's the math:

10-20 articles costs $13.99 per article

$13.99x12 = $167.88

35% of $167.88 = 58.758

$167.88 - 58.758 = $109.122

You paid: $109.12

I'm not seeing a problem here and you definitely haven't been overcharged, I'm sending you a PM on this issue too. You definitely weren't overcharged by $71.70 - We only received $109.12 from your transaction so if you think you've been overcharged by $71.70 that would mean you think the price for 12 Spun Articles is $37.42... No one could offer a price that cheap! Anyway I want this to be cleared up as soon as possible so I've sent you a PM - You can add me on Skype: Ghoast99 if you'd like to discuss this further. <lt>Anyway your Spun Articles are being created and you'll have them within 3 working days from when you ordered!</lt> Hope this clears it up!

EDIT: After seeing your PM about the $70 on top of the $109 I have decided to cancel the entire transaction. I'm still only seeing $109 on my end but if you're saying there's an extra $70 that I don't know about then I think it's best if we cancel the transaction and start again. Our payment processor has cancelled it meaning nothing will be processed and no money will be charged. Hope it's not too much of a hassle, we'll process your new order twice as fast as soon as you re-purchase!
