Posts are sold on basis of TLD. Not on basis of PR or ********/nofollow.
Domain PR is different for each tld. Posts are normally ******** and nofollow both. Most of the times, posts does not have a PR but domain may have some PR.
As i said earlier, posts are sold on basis of TLDs only.
If you own a german site then YOU MUST HAVE LINKS FROM GERMAN SITES. If you don't then it should look pretty awful to search engines. You should aim to get ******** and hi pr links from other services. The only intention of this service is to provide you links from same tld as yours so that your link profile may look natural to those google automated ranking bots.
