I have to say that I was afraid that they wouldn't accept my website . I had a lot of problems with it in the past , it got hit by google and also the niche is kinda weird but they were very cool on skype and I just got in love with this service at first sight . I'd like to update after approx 1 month (with a very late start due to me taking a while to decide for sure which of our discussed paths I will choose). First off I would like to say I know that I am a big pain in these guys? (arses). I usually do all the work on my sites myself therefore I know what I would like done. Signing up with them I have asked many questions and have been on them like flies on shi-! They graciously appease me and chat with me about everything I am worried about or don?t think is working right. I am making sure on my side and theirs everything is fine tuned so the site excels. Eventually all of my concerns I believe will be nonexistent and I will let the mongoose loose with no supervision. LOL We have been talking about what to do on the site in question on my end and theirs. Most people hand off a website to SEO guys to make it to the top with an unfair advantage because if you don?t keep making your website better for the search engines and people they have a bigger uphill battle. On my end we have been updating the site like crazy to make this website an authority. In this month alone we added a forum, gallery (in subdomain) , translated a quarter of the website in Spanish, blog on the website once or twice weekly and then syndicate to the 10 major platforms of social media for instant backlinks per blog page. I haven?t received a report yet but it is under a month. I started the 31[SUP]st[/SUP] of December so it has been around three weeks. I have been checking my site and it is bouncing back and forth on a few major keywords and already sitting pretty on one in the 50?s within this time period with them. Now I had 150 backlinks on this site before they took it. They were all the whois links etc. to get the domain indexed. But that is it. The site keywords in question were nowhere to be found. This is where we stand from today 1/22/13 Keyword 1: 51 Keyword 2: 292 Keyword 3: 244 Keyword4: 376 Keyword 5: - Now these are all hard competition. These are no joke keywords. 6 Week Update:

These guys know what they are doing the image above says it all. In just a quick 6 weeks I am sitting pretty. I cant wait for the next 6 weeks to go by to see where I end up. Will keep everyone up to date with...But in the mean time thanks again guys.

I'd like to update after approx 1 month (with a very late start due to me taking a while to decide for sure which of our discussed paths I will choose). One of the big values in this service is the consultation. After much discussion, we decided upon a strategy to get one of my large authority sites ranking in top 10s again. It's been tough since August 2010 when the site received a link punishment from G. No matter what I did it seemed to not gain much traction ever since. We're just getting started within the past week putting our strategy into action, and Market Mongoose is busy building quality links and developing all the other necessities that come with my platinum package.Traffic was 300-400 visitors a day and now it's up to 500-600/day.. weekends are normally 200-300 max, but this weekend was 500+... today, monday looks like it will hit 800 visitors. Revenue is improving as well and according to my conversions from this specific site, my platinum package has already paid for itself with the increase in revenue so far. This is not a service, it's a partnership. That's how I feel. I will always have these guys' backs and I know they have mine.

First off I would like to say I know that I am a big pain in these guys? (arses). I usually do all the work on my sites myself therefore I know what I would like done. Signing up with them I have asked many questions and have been on them like flies on shi-! They graciously appease me and chat with me about everything I am worried about or don?t think is working right. I am making sure on my side and theirs everything is fine tuned so the site excels. Eventually all of my concerns I believe will be nonexistent and I will let the mongoose loose with no supervision. LOL We have been talking about what to do on the site in question on my end and theirs. Most people hand off a website to SEO guys to make it to the top with an unfair advantage because if you don?t keep making your website better for the search engines and people they have a bigger uphill battle. On my end we have been updating the site like crazy to make this website an authority. In this month alone we added a forum, gallery (in subdomain) , translated a quarter of the website in Spanish, blog on the website once or twice weekly and then syndicate to the 10 major platforms of social media for instant backlinks per blog page. I haven?t received a report yet but it is under a month. I started the 31[SUP]st[/SUP] of December so it has been around three weeks. I have been checking my site and it is bouncing back and forth on a few major keywords and already sitting pretty on one in the 50?s within this time period with them. Now I had 150 backlinks on this site before they took it. They were all the whois links etc. to get the domain indexed. But that is it. The site keywords in question were nowhere to be found. This is where we stand from today 1/22/13 Keyword 1: 51 Keyword 2: 292 Keyword 3: 244 Keyword4: 376 Keyword 5: - Now these are all hard competition. These are no joke keywords. Obviously the hardest one hasn?t populated yet but we are happy with where we are with three weeks into it.

First, the negseo on my site was not the issue I had. The problem is that you used this as the explanation to me for why my rankings were down, as if it were something new. Your response indicated that you were not aware it had been hit by negseo before. I have attached a screenshot of your response.

Again, to make myself clear, I received this EXACT same response 3 months ago when I started the MM service. I was informed that you would generate a report and you would counteract the negseo. Yet 3 months later, it seems you have just become of aware of it??

Second, the 'Social Signals Reports' were rampant with inaccuracies and empty spaces. About 30% of my spreadsheet was always completely BLANK. On top of that, another 10-20% were filled in as 'completed' but had NOT been completed. The screenshots you are referring to were only present in about 50% of the fields on my spreadsheet. Furthermore, the metrics used to ending numbers actually declined when compared to the starting records.

Third, PRs - I am not going by what you advertise on your marketing material. I am going by what I was told - and I was told that the PR would be released by PRNewswire. Again, another communication issue.

Fourth, you are acting as if the negseo is the reason why my rankings haven't improved and my traffic is declining. When in reality this negseo has remained static the entire duration of services with you. In addition, every single competitor has the same negseo issues - so this should not affect your ability to get the job done.

Fifth, at the time of writing this, I have not received a refund from you - other than that for the over-payment that I made.

If you don't agree with that and your stats state other wise, connect with us on skype and please show us the discrepancies and we can work on it together and look at it. We asked you for your Google WMT access and Google Analytics access which was never granted, so we don't have any data to find out whats going on beyond what the 3rd party data tools tell us. We are trying to help you, but it can't happen unless you allow us to access what is needed.
