@eng152: Sure. Please open a support ticket and we will take care of it.

Been using these 35 of these shared proxies for about 2 months now, along with 20 private proxies as well.

I've had no problems with them and using the $1 each cost of my privates as a benchmark the shared are definately worth 35c each.

I'm using them for senuke, SB (pretty hard) and Powersuite

Do they work with YAHOO MAIL for either mailing or account creation? If so, please respond or better yet PM. I am with several public and private proxy services and none work with YAHOO MAIL. Thanks!

@andyg: We don't allow bulk mailing. PM for more details.

mate , you gotta fix your offers lol

from your website

50 shared proxies = 17$
100 shared proxies = 35$
200 shared proxies = 70$

and why is 100shared proxies best offer , because actually we need to pay 35$ for 100 proxies , when we can buy 2x 50 shared proxies for 34$ lol

I am wrong? or?

i like to know this question too... is there any difference in speed for Baby ***** package with 100+ shared proxies packaged?

Thanks

Buy it today and try it with GSA Search Engine ONLY. Will see the result...

Hello, I'm interested in purchasing proxies. I am wondering about the pricing as well. What is the difference between your packages?

Will you allow port 25 open with guaranteed zero complaints or you can take them back. It is to my list that is opt-in and helps with in boxing. Ready to buy now, thanks

Port 25 is not open for obvious reasons, sorry. We can't open it on an individual basis.

I'll vouch for the customer service he offers for these. A close friend of mine had used them to webmail and after receiving a few complaints Proxy51 terminated his account. However, he was given a full refund without any questions. The proxies are excellent proxies for the price, you won't find any cheaper anywhere else. Also I thought that was pretty stand-up to send back the refund for not being able to let him keep running. They didn't even ask or anything, just sent him the money back when they had to terminate his account. If I needed some cheap proxies to just get started maybe or something these would be the perfect option for you.

I bought 50 proxies just now.. I paid $17.5 for the same.
I'm still waiting for the proxies to appear on my account.
Anyways, soon after 5 minutes, my credit card was charged additional $1.1 by your site. May I know what this additional price is for?

Thanks

Also, I have created one ticket almost 12 hours back. I'm facing an issue in using the proxies for registration on a site which uses https protocol. But I didn't get a response as yet.
Kindly respond because these proxies are of no use to me if these doesn't work that well with that site for registering accounts.

Thanks

Will I get the answers to my questions?
I've raised a ticked almost 1 and a half day back and it is still unanswered. I've not seen such a slow customer service ever.

@blackhat77: I'm not sure what the trouble is. We respond to all tickets within 12 hours. Please email [email protected] to open a ticket. I don't know how you did it the first time.

I logged the ticket using the contact form you have provided. Yes, I got a response from your end and issues were resolved perfectly but I got it almost after more than 1 day and not within 12 hours. That's fine. One can expect a delay in some cases.

I've purchased shared proxy plan. Considering that these are shared, still I get a fairly good speed. That's the only positive I could see till now because to an extent I'm a bit disappointed with the proxies in terms of the number of working proxies I get at any given point of time. I bought 50 proxies and on first day all were working, on second day almost 15 were down, on third day today - over 34 proxies are not working. I've sent the screenshot of non working proxies over email to the support. I contacted your support about the same but the response I got was that they can't replace the individual dead proxies. If anything has to be replaced then the whole set would be replaced. That is also fine only if these are replaced on time. Your panel says that proxies flagged for a re scan would be scanned within 20-40 mins. I flagged my proxies yesterday and I'm not sure if those are scanned till now because the panel shows that my proxies were last scanned on 11th Nov and it's 14 Nov today.

It's an honest suggestion from my side - Kindly keep on scanning the proxies automatically and frequently and keep on replacing the dead proxies automatically because it's very difficult to every time follow up with the support to get the proxies replaced. I'm not sure how difficult it is to automate the scanning and replacement with an email notification. You can better tell me about that. But, if you aim to be the best proxy providers around, then I believe you will have to implement this.

I've bought proxies before also and those providers would replace the proxies without me have to go and tell that proxies are not working. I would usually get the fresh proxies in my mailbox within few hours without my intervention. I switched to you because of your competitive pricing. Obviously but there's no point in buying the proxies at cheap price if at any given time over 50% are not working. Hope I'm able to get my point across.

The way your proxies worked on day 1, I was planning to buy a bigger package of 200 proxies but now I'll wait and see how it works out this month before opting for the bigger plan.

Thanks

The problem is that people have different definitions of "not working." As a proxy provider, our definition of a "working" proxy is one that you can connect to and is fast. In that sense, all our proxies are "working" almost all the time. We do have constant monitoring and we do fix issues when they crop up. When a proxy is unconnectable, we fix it immediately. The issue arises because people use proxies for a variety of other tasks: Instagram, Pintrest, Google, etc. So even though a proxy might be completely working for someone using it for Instagram, it might "not work" for someone on Pintrest. That doesn't mean the proxy is "dead" or "non-working." It means Instagram/Pintrest/whatever has blocked that particular IP.

When this happens, we gladly refresh your whole set of proxies because obviously you need the proxies to work for your particular task. We don't have a system in place to replace specific proxies. The reason for this is two-fold. One, the amount of customers who want it does not justify the financial implications of implementing it (these customers tend to be the most abusive anyway). Two, by replacing proxies that don't work for a particular purpose with ones that do, we are accelerating the rate at which the working proxies get banned. It's not in our best interest to have customers burning through proxies.
