One of the main reasons to pick up this service for me was their on-site SEO suggestions, at the beginning OP even did on-site SEO himself complimentary and it was great. Now they increased the price, lowered the quality and what else? Reputation is being earned hard and it's very easy to loose it. Veheme, what is going on?

1. Why would the service be outsourced to somebody else if I already have a company in place to handle every transaction?

2. Please remember that on-site suggestions IS A BONUS. Please keep in mind that the payment actually only covers the off-site so if the on-site suggestion is a BIT DELAYED, it is still coming despite not being the focus of the service.

You may not probably know this but my city has just been hit with a storm and due to the storm, the bonus of on-site has been delayed. As for off-site, we have done all our best to keep up with what we promised and I have made sure that we did.
