hi maury,
cant second your experiences. perhaps there has been a bad staff member workin on your order. i use vehemes service on 2 big business sites. one of his articles he has posted ranks on the first page of google us and it is nothing to be ashamed of, opposite is the case: it is weel written and does not look like made for linkbuilding. as a bonus it has taken over the spot of a not so well ment review, so the first page querying our brand name is clear again only showing nice stuff.
sad that you had this kind of experience, because that is truely not that what this service stands for.
Nope, he was using a different service (
Dr. Recro Recovery Service) and not this one.
He signed up a deal with me on that service and was very aware of my REFUND POLICY that states that he must give me 6 months of time to recover his site. If by that time, the site is not recovered, I would give him the money he invested. I believe this was fair because recovering sites is not an easy task.
A few of the clients' sites did indeed recover and are still sitting on page 1 as we speak. Another batch of sites were slowly recovering even reaching up to page 2 - 3 for their keywords. However, when the recent Google updates rolled out which affected EMD sites, his site's recovery was hampered and his rankings were gone again.
So I sent an email to the clients who had the same situation as him and giving them options. One option was that he would wait it out until the time would come where he would get the refund as stated clearly in the REFUND POLICY. Another option was to use the money invested on current services that I have.
He opted for web 2.0 blogs that were branded with his keywords and I would provide spun articles PLUS posting to them. He agreed to this deal after I confirmed it to him (which I can provide proof of via Skype chat).
He gave me two weeks to do this and eventually, my team were able to do it. After receiving the report, he felt that the deal WAS NOT fair because he expected more bonuses for the blogs (something of which we did not agree of) like tier 2 high quality links and longer posts with videos and such PLUS the fact that he found a Fiverr guy who offered him similar blogs but in a cheaper price.
So despite agreeing to the REFUND POLICY and agreeing to a custom deal he wanted us to do instead of the refund, he was angry because he felt he was cheated because of the reasons above. I clarified to him that I asked confirmation from him and that he agreed. HE SAID that a refund, or at least a partial one, SHOULD still follow.
At that point, I am clearly at a loss. He read the REFUND POLICY. He opted for the alternative path. He offered a deal to which I agreed and delivered. And now he still is angry and asking for a partial refund.
