Ordered back on October 22nd...Paid for the rush service and still havent received anything. This service is a joke...EW emailed me said it was sent and would resend still havent gotten it. Waiting on my refund etc.. Lets go

What has happened to your Rank Shield service? I sent a support ticket through your fresdesk support a while ago and a few PM's on here (just sent another one) but have heard nothing back from you. Can you please take a look at that support ticket and get back to me soon.

Seems to be a reoccurring theme. I've got a renewal coming up for my Rank Shield subscription. Will be canceling if I don't get a reply to my support ticket, it's been almost 2 weeks.

I've had a ticket open on Rank Shield for over a month with no updates/replies. I stopped that service due to a lack of reports/communication. Hopefully EW will reappear and answer everyone's questions!

I got a PM from EW saying on Monday he just got home from biz trip and would send my report when he woke up.. Never got it.. I to purchased the rank shield and have nothing to show for it... All tickets go unresponded. I too will be canceling that. Guess he made enough money and bounced out of here
