This may be a dumb question, but I am a complete newbie. I think the authority site is a brilliant idea, I have been overwhelmed at the prospect of doing this myself.

Just wondering if you come up with the niche, do you also come up with the strategy for monetizing the site? Or would I research and find the affiliate offers to insert myself? Same applies to adsense, if I wanted to use adsense would I give you my userid/link and you insert it for me? How does that work?

Also, are the niches pretty evergreen? I mean, would this be something I can expect to earn on autopilot or is constant adding of content or promotion necessary?
