Review: I paid yesterday for 100 bookmarkings and he emailed me today (less than 24 hours) that it's complete. He also emailed me an Excel spreadsheet containing all of the sites he bookmarked to, along with the email address and login ID. I've checked my URL and there's already a few backlinks.

Overall I'm very satisfied with his service. It was fast and nice communicating with him. I'll most likely order again soon.
