INITIAL REVIEW:
(For purposes of transparency: This service was used in conjunction with Sarkar's Captain Jack Sparrow service.)
Everything offered in OP's initial post was indeed provided: this is a smart blog network -- not all are.
This service has positively affected so many keywords and keyword phrases that I would be negligent to only post results, thus far, for the actual campaign keys. Instead, I will post averages:
*The averaged, across-the-board SERPs increases are 30+ positions for the campaign's keys as well as semantically and syntactically-related key words and key word phrases.

As it is with almost all blog networks, should OP's sites get manually evaluated they will undoubtedly be recognised for what they are and be de-indexed and/or devalued. Having said that, I am unable to identify anything at all that calls undue attention to these sites such that they will be manually evaluated at any point in the near future. In short: even if manual evaluation were to to occur, OP has taken the necessary steps to ensure that one site is not connected to another in the network; which, as many of you may or may not be aware, is actually how many a blog network achieves its aggregate PR. It is clear to me that OP is clever, and has put a lot of that behind the construction of this network.
Blog networks are risky, but (generally speaking) provide the best ROI. If your goal as a webmaster and/or website owner is the highest possible gains with the the most minimal risk, I believe this network is for you.
Many thanks,
BLIXX
P.s. This is an initial review. Should SERPs improvements move dramatically, either up or down, I will post a 'final' review.
