Cash202 doesn't know I'm writing this, will be surprised to see this, but fair is fair, and I owe him.
Anyway, tonight I was sitting at home, and the latest of Cash202's rare autoresponder emails hits my inbox.
And I'm reading it, and...it's just great. Fantastic. (Don't subscribe, because you don't deserve it.)
But the guy is fucking SMART, and like this thread here, he simply tells what he knows.
Now, is Cash afraid that people will take the information that he's dumping out there and run with it?
I'm guessing that he's NOT SCARED ONE BIT.
(Remember how I said that he's SMART?)
Well, if he's as SMART as I think he is, he knows that 99% of people DON'T WANT TO WORK. At ALL. ZIP. NIETE. BUBKIS. FAGGEDABOUTIT. OUT TO LUNCH, NOBODY HOME.
Like, to the degree that if he told you where the GOLDEN GOOSE lived, and offered to DRIVE YOU to the GOOSE'S HOUSE, and BREAK DOWN the Goose's front door for you, while you sat sipping a delicious MARGARITA he had prepared for you, 99% of people would think, "Yeah, I should go get that goose someday. Could be some money in a Golden Goose. But right now a nap sounds REALLY GOOD."
Sure, maybe a few, more technological people would pick up their iPhones and say, "Siri, next month, REMIND ME to GO GET the GOLDEN GOOSE."
I know that people would do this, because I am EXACTLY THIS LAZY.
Anyway, on to the subject at hand.
Way back in June of 2012, I bought one of Cash's blasts, asking him to hit three keywords on behalf of a client. Over the next two weeks, logged into his spiffy backend system, I was AMAZED by the amount of WORK his GLOBAL TEAM was doing on my behalf. Yeah, he ain't the cheapest provider, but as a lazy-ass resident of the esteemed First World, NO FUCKING WAY would I want to work that hard! NO FUCKING WAY. Yes, Cash202 lives in the first world himself, but leverages his contacts in the 2nd & 3rd world for his clients to do the work that, let's face it, as denizens of make-money-fast forums, we AIN'T WILLING TO DO.
Results: A month later, all three of my keywords had seen good positive movement, and I thought that it was a good purchase.
But then Cash202 used me as a success story in one of his posts, and I (being paranoid) thought that maybe, at some point in the theoretical future, it would be possible for someone to UNBLUR the keywords that he had carefully BLURRED OUT and OUT ME.
Yes, I'll admit, my thinking here was INSANE, because he had COMPLETELY OBSCURED the keywords. I admit that I'm paranoid. Anyway, I emailed him and told him (mostly politely) that I wished he hadn't done that. He was apologetic and immediately fixed the non-problem (again, it was NEVER a problem; I'm just a paranoic, neurotic, pain-in-the-fucking-ass client.)
And I would have left it at that -- I paid his fee, and got good value -- except that, in the light of what has happened since, that wouldn't be fair.
Because the rankings he got me have CONTINUED TO INCREASE. Ridiculously. Relentlessly. They just kept going up, month after month, with NO ADDITIONAL WORK done on them -- not a LICK of additional work (I'm lazy, remember?)
Until they basically have been bouncing between #3 & #2 for the last SIX MONTHS:

Anyway, not long ago, I was walking through the client's warehouse, and the owner's wife (who does the books) was complaining about how, out of nowhere, a certain product category had been going crazy and they've been having trouble keeping it in stock.
At which I casually bragged that, oh, the reason that was happening was because I had managed to get them to rank in the top 5 for that keyword. (Note my cunning use of the pronoun "I" to describe Cash and his multinational team.)
To say that I was surprised by what happened next would be an understatement.
The boss's wife started angrily SHOUTING AT ME, yelling, "Why didn't you warn me?! You completely screwed up our inventory! Everyone's been running around like monkeys trying to catch up! Thanks for NOTHING!"
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
The moral of this story is be careful when you hire Cash202. Because while, yes, you WILL get short-term results, but there is more:
1) Google is way smarter now, and they do not show their hand so fast. In fact, they wait MONTHS. So while, yes, you will probably see solid increases in rank in a month, you will probably see RADICAL increases for MANY MONTHS AFTER.
And, what's more important, THEY WILL STICK. I've seen NO PENALTIES.
But, be warned:
2) This may COMPLETELY OVERWHELM your backend if you are not ready to succeed to this degree.
Anyway, Cash, sorry for being such a dick to you back in July of 2012. (And thank you for being so elegant, polite and gracious in the face of a client who probably seemed like a jerk and an ingrate.) I hope this makes up for it a little. I owe you.

We can do it but I suggest no more that 10 URLs per package if you want each of the URLs to get at least two-three top tier links.

So I only got through 2 pages of your SEO Blueprint Thread. It began to dawn on me after I reread the blueprint how big of a noob I am with this subject matter. However, I'm smart enough to realize that you've got the economies of scale on your side and I was looking for a way to just order the service from the man, himself - so I saw your sig which directed me to this thread. I'm about to place an order (hopefully the sale is still on), but I thought I'd ask you a few of initial questions (and bump the thread while I'm at it)...
(I apologize in advance but these questions might smell of green noobiness)
I created my site on Wix and am trying to rank for a keyword phrase that has 320 local searches.
I should probably incorporate a blog into my website for the posting of any new articles, right? As of now, any new content I created was just given its own specific page on the website....
Also, is my using Wix to create my website going to be a problem for your service?... Hopefully not, as I spent a good portion of the year making that baby from scratch (again, I'm kinda new to all this)...

As we discussed via email, Wix is bad, in my opinion, for a money site. They heavily rely on AJAX to fetch content and it's an indexing nightmare. Instead of putting the text in the web page, they fetch it via AJAX and show it using the JavaScript. Although Google is getting better and better at indexing AJAX, I wouldn't create an artificial problem by using Wix.
If you need a site builder, Weebly is much better SEO-wise.

Penguin 2.0 is probably 1/3 through only. If you remember 1.0 it took at least two months (I think even more) before everything settled down.
Don't read any analysis articles just yet. They are probably full of shit as the update is still in progress.
All my local SEO client are OK. Only a few sites are in a massive dance (from page one to not in top 100 and back).

I don't know you circumstances and what sort of a website it is but I'd rather abandon the burnt domain altogether.
