I received my reports on 4/4, so reports took 1 week which is fine for me.

I have known good results on 2 of my 3 packages. Unfortunately my results on 3rd package are unknown because I was only tracking to position 100 and this keyword is still off my charts.

Package 1, keyword went from Google Position #10 to #7, local keyword but major US city so fairly competitive
Package 2, keyword went from Google Position #18 to #3, local keyword smaller US city so not very competitive

I will be ordering more as I am very pleased with the results vs. cost. I see this as a value service!
