Hey Ann, Thomas gave me a free review copy in return for a review. He never told me to leave a "positive" review. I genuinely enjoyed the guide and I left a honest review. I would never lie in a review. If I thought something was over hyped, Id say it. This guide is very easy and simple to understand, yet very informative and powerful when it comes to selling your website.
I am in the middle of selling a small website ($5-10 daily) and it is going well. This guide is very worthy to be in your collection and for this price, its a steal. Thomas is also giving a very very generous money back statement. One more thing - he is the most sold seller on Flippa. That cannot be faked. My advice - buy the guide, give it a read, and if you don't like it - contact Thomas. But I am sure you'l like it.

Another excellent product from meathead and bryanon, possibly their best yet. The main beef of the course is a detailed and thorough review of selling websites at multiple different places including ready to use templates for the whole process so it's at least partially a turn key system. There are resources within the flipanomics content that don't only pertain to selling websites and web businesses, but also brick and mortar business. Those resources alone could make you an offline multi millionaire with the right funding and execution so in my opinion that's a great additional bargain along with the encompassing information on how to sell websites.
If you are involved with or planning to enter the market of selling or brokering websites, web businesses, or even brick and mortar business you are missing out by not seeing this.

I am late to the party but had to make the effort to add my two cents here for this course.
Disclaimer: I'm not done reading yet! I have been jumping around to parts that I needed to know asap.
I have a running ecommerce site and just two months ago I realized that due to future plans I needed an exit strategy since I would not be able to continue running the site in the somewhat near future as it is not passive.
This courses' timing has been a life saver as well since I frequently purchase sites but haven't been selling them.
Thanks to the tool box and the breakdown of how to value the site..REAL VALUE not a random number generator like most others out there..plus what data I need to put together and in what format to present it all in, I am now quite confident that I will be able to get top dollar for my site and not leave any money on the table.
Further, it has given me insight and things to look for when I am purchasing a site, so that maybe I can find a few gems out there being undersold and flip them later
You could be selling on Flippa as another one of those yahoos that sell templates and a domain with "$THOUSANDS potential!" that get ignored and bypassed. Or you can invest the time in learning how to present what you have properly, and have a happy buyer.

However, my rep is worth WAY more to me than any single item sold on here, and I will NOT lie, ever, and much less in gratitude for a ~$100 product, so, what follows is 100% my TRUE opinion on this product.
A little history first, for those of you who may not know Thomas (Meathead1234) and Bryan (Bryanon):
Almost 2 years ago I purchased their Warrior Cash product, and, as a result of that, joined their exclusive forum (and yes, when you buy their products, you DO get direct access to them )
At the time, I had an idea for a product, and posted on their forum for advice regarding producing, packaging and selling it. That post was rewarded with a PM from Bryan, asking about some stuff, and offering further contact. The end result = Content Lock Pro was born!!!
Although we JVd on CLP, Bryan and Thomas have always remained focused on "flipping" and their brokerage, as it is their core business.
I, on the other hand, continued to run some ventures of my own, and it couldn't have been more perfect timing when I came across the thread in Jr VIP, where they were offering the "Flipanomics" course, as I have rcently found myself with some fairly decent websites I'd like to sell, and some other, much lower-level sites, which I'd like to have a "clearout" on
As soon as I received my review copy (thanks! guys), I got started, but it's taken me a while to leave a review.
There are a couple of reasons for this:
a) There is a LOT of valuable content, and I wanted to have seen/read it all before posting the review, and
b) I wanted to test some of what they were teaching, to find out if it would work for me.

Well, what can I say? Once again, I'm blown away by the quality of what these guys put out. I KNOW, probably better than anyone else here, that these guys don't just spout out these things and do other things to make their own income. They actually walk the walk, and make a fabulous income from this. I sometimes wonder why they share so much but, then again, they have built their reputation already, so there is little chance of the rest of us, once successful, affecting their business at all.
Still, the generosity with their TIME, the amount of questions they answer, and the insight they have from their years of experience with selling sites is just mind-blowing, and they are the things which are rarely found in any other product, from any other vendor.
I have no clue how long this will be available for, nor whether they have limited the amount of copies sold in any way, but, my honest opinion, if you have sites now which you want to sell, or you can foresee having sites to sell at any point in your future, you NEED to get this!
As to "b" above - to protect the interests of the buyers of what I have sold, I cannot disclose any details, but, suffice to say I'm about to take a LONG holiday in the new motorhome (RV for you americans) I just purchased!!!

I think the reason a lot of the reviews are written like ad copy is folks are taking the extra time to make the course a success because they seem to believe in it. After the arson we had last week, we cant afford it, but I hope the price wont go up before I can scrape the money up to get it. Great reviews, great posts by these guys -- heck read their posts and you will see its probably worth it!

I would like to begin by saying before delving into this guide I knew absolutely nothing about flipping websites. After reading the first two sections/chapters, I quickly realized this guide was going to go above and beyond my expectations.
Also, while I have read the bulk of it, I am not completely finished and will probably read through it again because it is that good and jam-packed with quality information and strategies.
With that said, this package isn't near what you would expect out of your usual "guide" these days. You can definitely tell these guys KNOW what they are talking about from pure experience. It literally covers everything you need to know about selling websites from A-Z and much more!
Included are bonuses/extras, and my favorite, the Toolbox which includes some examples and templates of some of the core elements and strategies they discuss within the guide which goes a LONG way if you are new to selling websites like I was, or even if you would like to improve upon your current technique.
Another thing off the top of my head that stands out is that this isn't your normal PDF "eBook." It is a website complete with a login (backend), account personalization, methods of contacting the authors for help, and ability for members to submit general feedback at the end of each section/chapter. A LIVE Question and Answers section is included for Platinum members.
This guide is definitely worth more than what is being charged! I do not see how anyone who is serious about what they are doing could possibly be disappointed.
