Meathead1234 congrats on your successes, I note you posted your real name. You must be completely white hat? Mirin hard btw

Thanks. Ironically, for someone active on a BH forum, my business is very white hat. You'll find most of the successful full-time guys around here are WH as well, I'm definitely not the only one :)

I haven't read the whole thing yet, on a holiday and reading it slowly :) (Yes it's worth reading on a holiday!)

I've always been a big fan of Thomas and Bryan, these guys are top-notch stuff (yes you've probably heard this a lot of times from me), these guys combined are the best sellers out there, and they're stuff is surely top-notch - no doubt!

Most don't know how flipping sites is VERY PROFITABLE, buy a site for $500 , flip it for $x,xxx after a month or two, and x 5 sites , you do your calculations.

They cover EVERYTHING, A-Z on how to sell your site, how to make a very nice amount after the sale , how to make the sale go bigger than etc! I'm so confident that when you sell your 1st site using this guide, you will get more than what you would of gotten without this guide, crazy more.
Nice Bonus and toolbox in there as well, nice one on that !

Thomas and Bryan are the kings of flipping, and this product is worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY - YOU WON'T REGRET IT!

I'll add a more detailed review after reading the whole thing!

Reading through it at the moment, and it seems quite informative. I know my name, and word, don't carry much weight, but I'll post a more comprehensive review anyway, once I've finished reading the modules in their entirety.

Last 4 digits of code, as I'm way too cheap to turn down $20:

When I first started the review, I knew absolutely nothing about selling websites, other than doing so on Flippa.

First off, the site is laid out in easy, clearly defined steps/modules/categories. Within each steps/modules/categories, there are subs that help the user with any questions the user might have pertaining to the big picture, such as when/why/how everything works.

I Googled "how much is my website worth" and it returned several sites that looked more like generic template sites, than actual appraisal sites. So maybe you could create or incorporate some type of appraisal program within your site. Or maybe have something on your front page that does this, enticing new users to sign up for a more detailed evaluation using the forms from the download section.

The LIVE Questions and Answers section is really huge IMO. I personally believe you can never offer enough support for your customers.

If building websites for the purpose of selling them was something the user did, then joining the Platinum section would be the way to go - free evaluations and proof reading copy are worth the cost to join.

As I stated earlier, I knew nothing about selling websites, or what was involved. You outline clear and concise steps and make it extremely user friendly for noobs like myself. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to review this.

I am not good in creating websites and choosing a niche for it.
Flippa, i'm kinda new to it.

Is this course good for me?

All that i know, Installing a wordpress.
Content - zero
Rank - zero
Domain name attractiveness - not so good.

If you dont know Meathead, then you've been living under a ROCK for the past two years.

This guy is the REAL DEAL And he may possibly be one of the most successful members of BHW OF ALL TIME.

He's sold major websites to and for the biggest names in the game, and in the process become one himself.

$97 is a steal for the quality of knowledge you're going to get from him. Even if you never sell a single site.

Thanks for sharing the wealth meat, and continued success to you and your partners.

Why do most of the comments look and sound like professionally written ad copy? Real bold, colorful letters - attention grabbing adjectives - not the kind of reviews one would normally leave... Would like to see some comments from maybe some newbies that made a purchase...

I hope you aren't insinuating that I have paid people to write positive reviews as I would never do that. I always give away my products to fellow Exec VIPs/Mods and they are free to leave a review if they like. I posted a thread offering reviews to regular Jr VIP members and below about a month ago and gave around 10 out, many of whom have posted in this thread.

That said, I do appreciate that a review from a paying customer counts more than someone who got a review copy. Hopefully those who purchased will chime in when they have finished reading.

Bear in mind, we have a 60 day, no questions asked refund policy, so if you ended up buying and thinking that the product is rubbish and didn't match up to the standard you were expecting from the sales copy/reviews, you're welcome to get a refund.

Thanks :)

To clarify: while the course will help with explaining which sites sell well and why, we do not teach:

- building sites
- writing content
- SEO
- choosing domains

It's really about selling existing sites - whether they be small sites with no income or larger, more established sites.

Thanks for your question, though.

We're marketers aren't we?

Meathead is a friend and I care about his success. But I would never, ever put my seal of approval on something I didn't truly believe in. I dont believe any of the highly repped members would. We've got too much to lose.
