I did send an email but not had a reply. I ordered a week ago now and had some social signals added a day or two after I ordered. Since then I have not had anymore added and some have even gone down. Can you inform me what is going on as I thought these were meant to be drip fed..?

I would like to request for a full refund as i am not pleased at all as you claim on your sales page . My username in your system is panarasgrr . Feel free to remove the fake links / tweets .

ps. The drip is really funny . I got like 100 likes in 2 minutes , then another 100 after 10 days again in 5 minutes.

I apologize if the drip was done wrong for you guys. We're taking this very seriously. We've got hundreds of customers already, and we're training new people constantly to keep up with growth, and occasionally one of the new guys screws up. This can be fixed, I assure you. We will remove the offending likes and fix it.

Lets discuss via email or PM about a refund, message me at [email protected]. However its worth mentioning that nowhere did we ever promise a 50/50 ratio of anything. We said the results are mixed because sometimes real people who are connected to our accounts get involved as well.

I totally hear you man. I run an offline business myself. Work will be done to correct the issue.

There was a mixup of your order with an indian based one. Thats what seems to have gone wrong.

I'm really torn about this service. I want to try it out but I really don't want a bunch of likes in only a few hours all from India. At the same time I know these guys have great customer service and I really need to social market my sites.

Something you and everyone needs to understand is that this thread is always going to be filled with the customer complaints that we get. 90% of our customers never have any issues, and you dont hear their voices here. We have a ton of customers, but the only thing you see is when people have something that needs to be fixed.

That being said, this service is completely manual. This means that any mistake that we ever make can be totally reversed and corrected. From time to time that does happen, and we do go back and make changes. As the service matures, we'll get better at it.

For now you can order with confidence as we're not here to scam anyone. We want to offer the best available service possible, and we're getting exceedingly good at it.

i see that you have different monthly packages. im wondering if it will affect the site if every month you hit it with same amount of tweets,likes,etc. for example if i get the $44 package and on the first month i get 50 likes and then on second month i get another 50 likes. it just seems like a red flag. could we switch every month to a new domain?
