This looks really cool. I am still unconvinced about social signals though. I have bought retweet packs in the past in the 1-2k retweet range, never saw any true benefit at least I know of. Do you guys have any examples as of how well this actually works in the serps? I want to try it out but currently low on funds so have to wait a bit. Seems like the $99 level would be the only one worth trying honestly. (as in $49 you don't get pins etc).

I was thinking about ordering and then in the comments I see you support Adult, Pharma etc...this is disappointing, and a real way the decrease the value for everyone else. There's nothing that makes fake accounts look like fake accounts more than being loaded with adult and pharma stuff.... honestly how many real Fb, twitter and stumbleupon users do you know that share adult content with their friends?

As you can see, the network we are using is MASSIVE. My partner, IndianBill has been doing social media for years, and over time he has built up an unmatched network. In addition, we've only gotten like two orders for adults sites so far, so the likelihood of this affecting your campaign is low.

If we start to feel like the adult/pharma sites are becoming prevalent and affecting service, we'll drop them. As of now, we have no reason to believe that they affect social accounts like they affect website links.

I don't understand what's wrong with adult related websites. They are just like any other website and they shouldn't be discriminated against. I know many Fb and twitter with adult websites and it's looks perfectly natural. Your comment about OP allowing adult related websites "disappointed" you really rubbed me the wrong way. Let's face it's the 21st century.

It is quite possible that the reason is that they have used fake accounts with fake followers (non-viral accounts) but may be it could be something else. I don't see any reason apart from non-viral accounts why pinterest could be doing some damage to authority of a particular site, do you have any idea?

It has nothing to do with fake accounts and everything to do with the structure of Pinterest. Pinterest is an aggregator and has a tendency to use images over and over with redundant anchor texts, which is a penguin no-no. However this is believed to only affect image rankings.

Pinterest also aggregates the pins from a particular website on pages that contain that websites address in the URL (i.e. www.pinterest.com/wwwyourdomaincom/) which is also not so great.

It is still speculation over whether Google has adjusted the algorithm for this issue, as it was noticed several months ago. We have not had any issues with Pinterest causing rankings drops, but if you are uncomfortable you can also just request to replace pins with another social share to avoid it.
