Please provide more details about your recovery strategy ! , People need to trust you before paying you , I also have an penalized website (furniture website) , (My website was tanked by an SEO service from this forum) !!

AND BY THE WAY !! Penguin penalty will not go away in 6 months , will never go away until bad links are removed !! or link dilution occurs.
You provide FAKE info here !!

A lot of people misunderstand me when I say penalty is in 6 months. Let me explain this a bit:

When a site goes under a 6 month penalty and, for example, a 6-month -100 rank slap, he will unable to move below position 100 because of that -100 slap inside the 6 months. However, during the penalty, he can remove the bad links, put good links, improve everything so that when the penalty is up, he will move INSIDE top 100 but that doesn't guarantee going back to his former position because of the changing of the site's backlink profile.

However, if he remains unwavered by the penalty and not do anything under penalty, he will still remain in that position or inside top 100 BUT never his former rankings because he did not do anything to remove the bad links or do whatever is necessary to improve his backlink profile. I hope that is not confusing.
