It has high pr/da/pa rankings and is not cluttered with outbound links.
If all his sites are like this and better, then it would be really a kickass network worth to get quality backlinks from!

Site is very neat and clean with custom theme and looks like a authority site. The domain is aged(1 and 1/2 years plus) with a domain authority of 61 and very good backlinks, which is really good to get good link juice. The domain trust and authority makes Kay's Network even stronger than others. Great network Seo_lover. Keep expanding it with more high quality sites.
