I am looking to increase ranking of my white hat German niche website. I wonder if any of your services will work for this or if you would not recommend using your services for German websites.
My competitor (which ranks #1 in google in my niche) has backlinks from sites like these:

go-battery
scloh
twitterportugal
itcurvesm2m

I wonder if they are part of your network?! If so I'd book links there, too.

Also, which package would you recommend for me to be safe (don't want to risk losing my website cause of google penalty) ???

Recently I've received the report Paint It White Report.
Everything have been done as promised:
1. 10 nice-looking websites on tumblr.com wordpress.com, joomla.com etc. All 10 are different. Access provided.
2. Report about Tier 2 links.
Tier 2 links are inserted in 2 rewritten short articles.
3. Tier 3 links - profiles, wikis etc.

I am sure this way is safe for seo. I hope, It will be useful too. We will see it in 6 months.
