What's up with the tutorials?

Does anybody have the answer to that question?

I'm sitting in the cockpit of an airplane for the first time and I see all of these buttons, switches and gadgets. Which ones do I push, click and switch and in what order.

If I'm a newbie military pilot, I'm taught the cockpit controls from jump street.

Ever heard the statement, "Time is MONEY!" I scheduled "THIS TIME" to learn AW and get it up and running NOW! Let's go! Where are the operating instructions?

This needs to be the first thing a NEW USER sees when they sign up. We should not have to search for it. If necessary, it needs to glow in the dark or flash:

I cannot find the INSTRUCTIONS on how to use this application.

That's what I'm requesting.

My thinking is, it would come with a user manual? Or a quick start guide or quick start videos? Is that correct? Or, incorrect?

I watched the overview video and got the overview, now I'm looking for the Step #1, Step #2, step #3, etc., etc.

Hopefully I explained myself well enough?

Surely, links to the tutorials cannot be that hard?

I see the, "Helps and Tutorials" tab in the dashboard.

That link takes me to the, "Support Customer Service" page.

That page starts off with, "Replace Keywords and Link From Images Linking Options" and then the next article is, "How to Execute One Time Blast?" and then the next article is, "Unified Image Options Across All Content Sources"

The point?

Those articles are jumping all over the place on a system I know nothing about.

Where are the articles/videos on how to get started?

Does this make sense?

for blogspot we are (still/yet) using email posting and thus don't capture submitted url

I'm trying to edit a article set to add links but the system don't save the changes

3. On the Posting Schedule added option "Retry Failed". If you 're want to make sure there will be no duplicate content posted even at the cost of slightly lower success rate - always set "retry failed" to "NO"

I already set the Retry Failed to "NO" and only do "one time blast" but it still posted saveral times to my blogspot blogs!!! The same article posted 2-3 times to the same blog! how can you explain this!
