I apologize for the long wait. We're working on bringing TAT's back down to what our customers are used to very soon.

We're currently very booked up - we placed a prominent notice on our websites top bar that turnaround times will temporarily start at 7 days while we expand our team and deliver active orders back to clients.

In the past we had shut the form down in these cases, however many of our clients said that it would be better if we continued to take orders and simply set up a notice of a longer TAT - this way people who don't mind a slightly longer TAT in exchange for full care and attention provided to their articles can continue placing orders with us. We never rush orders or over work our writers (which would reduce quality) so despite the current que of orders, the quality of work won't suffer for anybody.

We're currently expanding our team so I hope for turnaround times to come way done again in the very near future (couple of weeks max) - we're already making significant headway in to catching up with current orders and bringing TAT's down.
