Authority content is still sold out, unfortunately. Each authority content piece requires a lot of time and research, they are done to perfection. With the current volume and time it takes to complete each piece, we will be closed till Friday

There was only one occurrence of that typo - although we try to make sure that nothing slips through, at this price a typo or two may make it through the cracks. When I gave the TAT a few days ago, it was for APR08 10PM (See here: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...ss-perry-belcher-post6734405.html#post6734405), that's 10HRS from now. Its not scheduled for delivery yet. Also keep in mind, we don't grantee TAT's, they are simply estimations. If you want a guaranteed TAT we offer express delivery at an extra cost. Thanks.

I'm sorry to hear about your difficulties. I pulled up your order information to see your concerns. The problem is that there were no instructions regarding any of the issues you mentioned above. All that was provided as part of the order details were a list of keywords. We did not receive any information as to what business these were being written for, or if they were being written for any business at all. Most customers who just give us a list of keywords are ordering the content for adsense sites - in those cases there is no agenda as to what is allowed and prohibited in the content of the article as long as the quality is there, giving the writer freedom to craft their own work.
We receive orders for several hundred articles a day - we can only work based on the instructions we're provided, and when only a list of keywords is given to us, it only tells us two things;
- That the content should be about the keyword
- That the content should include the keyword
If you included the business name or link, or even mentioned that these are being written for a business or with any end in mind, this issue would not have happened. I'm sorry to hear about your clients reaction. I care about the experience of every one of my customers and it greatly disappoints me to read about your dissatisfaction with my service, however the truth is we can only work based off of what is provided to us, and in this case it was just a list of keywords and nothing more.
