Just received the articles from my orders as well as the free ones. TAT was about 2 days for free + paid articles which is pretty stellar. Not to belabor the quality point but.... seriously if you are on the fence just start buying. The subject matter I asked Natasha to write about can be a bit mundane and they still managed to make it enjoyable reading. Can't recommend enough.
