around 5-10% of the Web 2.0s are PR2+, the rest of the domains have PR between 0 and 2.

No problem. Tier 2 links work a lot better for getting web 2.0s indexed than pinging them anyways.

1) What is your stick rate and are there any guarantees?
2) If I order the package for a second time, will you be able to add articles to the same properties? To recover a penalized site, would you recommend creating another 400+ Web2.0s or add articles to existing properties?
3) Do you add random images and/or videos? Do you add unique bio/ profile descriptions?
4) Do you randomize usernames and use different IPs to create the accounts?
5) Is there a sample Web2.0 I can see?

Yes, it does. The article will be in English but your keywords can be in whatever language you want. We have already done this service for foreign keywords on other forums with good results.
A ton of reports will be getting sent out later this week. We have a busy schedule since we are actively selling this service on other major forums for quite some time now, but a lot of orders from BHW are close to being completed.
1) Stick rate is relatively good. Some web 2.0 sites are more closely moderated than others, so obviously after a few weeks some of the web 2.0s will be deleted, but this is normal for any web 2.0s service.
2) We cannot add articles to the same properties. To recover a penalized site we would recommend doing a mix of two (creating new web 2.0s and updating existing ones). We have another web 2.0s service where we manually create beautiful web 2.0s properties, each with a unique article. You may read more about that service in our other BHW thread here:

3) We do not add images/videos. Bios/profiles are generated from a huge pool of random information.

if these are done with an automated tool like UD, then the stick rate is probably gonna be lower. How do you intend to deal with this?

The sheer amount of web 2.0s included in this service, which I believe is more than whats offered elsewhere, more than makes up for it.
