It depends on your site's on-page and off-page SEO (that has already been done).
I've tested this on an aged authority site (a subpage on the site which took a hit) and it did work...

Review:

Just received my order report. First of all i would like to thank bk071 for the 30% discount.
I can say that overall i am not happy with the work done and i will give details!

Expecting to receive 40 web 2.0: i received EXACTLY 40 web 2.0 links but only 22 out of 40 where working and most of the blogs were removed at the time of receiving the report. I am a linkbuilder and i own senuke x and i know that the web 2.0 get removed, but approx half the links already down at the time i received the report is really high and unacceptable. OP should (like other service providers) overdeliver to cover the lost links or make only 10 or 15 high quality web 2.0 that will last. I am sure after a month, only 10 or so will remain out of the original 40.

140 profiles: delivered and overdelivred

Contextual web 2.0 on elgg platform and contextual links on edu sites: I can't call what i received "contextual links". The anchor link is the last sentence of the article and is in a separate line which separate it from the content, this really can't help a lot and looks spammy.

1000+ wikis: I received 5000 wikis directly blasted to the money site! This is a lot, looks spammy and can penalize a website.

30 G+ and 20 tweets: My website Haven't got a single +1 or tweet. Nada!

I have a feeling that the work was done in less then an hour. OP should improve the quality of the service.

Right now my website is dancing and the keywords gone to page 10 which means the links are having some effect and the service is working. Will update the thread with the results.

Forgot to leave a review for the work I got done on my site, I selected 2 main keywords, very high competition one is 27k+ exact, going against Amazon/Ebay etc. Went from page 8-9 to page 2 it has however moved down a little to page 3 but that's because I've been messing on with my site. My other keyword also improved from no where to page 2, it's still on there too. (This was a few month ago and new update refreshes have happened and it's all been fine, I'm very late leaving this review but I can vouch that this service is very good). I also noticed that my domain authority improved which is awesome too (Seomoz). I would highly recommend this service as BK knows what he is doing and is friendly and polite!~
