i ordered you a VCC i think last last year. but after a month or a couple of week. i got limited. and every account i created to paypal gets limited. what happen, i dont blame. i just ask if i am blacklisted ? my name? information? IP? if possible i want to remove the limitation from my main paypal account.

if all you account got limited then restoration is not good idea, make new paypal with all new info, including name, address, bank, cc and IP address and even your windows user

Hi m8 , I opened many paypals with the same IP adress and everytime i open a new paypal after 4-5 days my paypals are getting limited , i guess im black listed anyway the main reason i contacted you is that i got a paypal which is limited and in it are 500 dollars i hope you can help me get back that account , i expect you to pm me something where we can contact , skype will be good . so creating account with different name and address and windows user wont limit my account. i think you're saying even my surname is already a voodoo. so using my surname will get me limited is that it? does paypal blocking ip?
