To EVERYONE AND ANYONE that has had any concerns or doubts about SECONDEYE's Services.... He rocks and I'm sure he has a team of employees and they also rock!!!! I was skeptical about ordering from him since I had no clue what to expect but I had to take the chance because I desperately needed documentation created for my stealth Paypal account. He exceeded all my expectations, above and beyond!!!! He was very responsive and I'm certain he has 100's of messages and orders to fill each and every day. He provided me with all the doc's I ordered and in a very timely manner. He even filled my order faster than the delivery time I paid for! All the doc's were super professional. My account limitation was still denied by paypal but that was not of any of Secondeye's doing. I made one big mistake when creating my stealth account and it ended up getting me in the end. I am new to all of this and I think I've finally got it all figured out by trial and error. I am in the process of starting all over again and I WILL DEFINITELY be calling on SECONDEYE for my next round of documentation when Paypal comes a calling.... I feel that Paypal just doesn't want business sometimes. I cannot believe how careless they are when it comes to closing accounts. They are very unprofessional with their generic email responses, over and over again. Especially after I've emailed them so many times and begged them not to reply to me with the same old generic email. And of course, I have been unsuccessful to get a real response from them. They tell me my account is denied and then they send a generic email telling me to finish the tasks to complete the limitations against my account. I've completed all the task, above and beyond!!! They will not respond to me as to what else they could possibly want me to complete and they refuse to provide me with the reason they've denied my case. I have $4000.00 just sitting there that I desperately need. I've put so much work into selling. I've shipped every single order under 24hrs upon receiving payment. I've communicated with each and every buyer. I've left immediate feedback once payment was received. When doing all my research about creating a stealth account, I came across a few sites talking about sending Paypal a letter to release the funds to the bank prior to the 180 day hold. Has anyone experienced this or know if it is truly legit or if it works???? I cannot remember the exact wording of the letter at the moment but it is sent to higher up (management) at Paypal and speaks about reporting them to several different agencies and that you understand your account is closed but you want your money since you did nothing wrong, etc.... It is written very well and seems very professional. I'm thinking of giving it a try, can't see it hurting to try. It will only cost me some more of my time that paypal is always taking from me. I would love to at least recoup my money now instead of 180 days from now. I was relying on this money to pay rent and for my 3 year old b-day party. Paypal is so unkind and so very inconsiderate to their members. It's shame they have such a racket and can get away with how they treat members. We can never feel 100% confident that our business is going to continue to run smoothly. Always waiting and dreading that day when I log in and see the dreadful limitation and them requesting documentation. Don't even get me started about the invoices they require us to submit. This is one of the most ridiculous things they request. They aren't stupid and they know a huge percentage of sellers obtain products from estate sales, garage/yard sales, goodwill/thrift type stores. They expect professional invoices/receipts, yeah right! Let me ask a yard sale seller to write me up a receipt for my $2.25 purchase and even if this would happen paypal wouldn't even accept it because it's handwritten and unprofessional. How in the heck do they think so many sellers are supposed to have legit receipts/invoices? They are forcing members to be dishonest. It's like a little know fact from them that they are knowing and willing accepting forged receipts. I normally write out my own receipts for my yard sale type purchases for tax reasons. They are good enough for the IRS but not Paypal. What a joke! Anyway, thank you for letting me vent but I've totally went off my original topic! SECONDEYE is grade AAAA++++ and I highly recommend him!!! Just be patient and he will come through for you very quickly. I also had once slight concern about one of my doc's that I received from him and he went above and beyond to provide me with another document to cover my concern. I am so thrilled to have found him and any chance I get I will recommend him. Secondeye and his team are hard workers, very creative, very professional, very polite, very helpful... They are all around the BEST OF THE BEST... Please do not have any concerns using his services and for those of you that think he creates/fakes his own positive post on the message boards are so wrong. I am a seller and I am writing this of my own free will. Thank you SECONDEYE and TEAM!!! I will be back with repeat business very soon. My Paypal account got limited with a considerably big amount of money in it after I added an obviously tainted VCC to reverify it that I purchased from another seller here (my bad there; I should have bought it from Secondeye like I did last year, lesson learned). Paypal wanted me to submit Photo ID and Credit Card Statement as documents to proof identity.

Fortunately, all personal details such as name and address were real. The only issue was the VCC. As you know, VCCs statements show the info of the person that owns the credit card, which of course didn't correspond to mine. So I reach Secondeye looking for a solution. I ordered CC Statement documents and today, 2 days and a few hours later after placing the order, I had them ready and sitting on my email inbox. The docs looked VERY pro.

I submitted these docs to Paypal just an hour ago and immediately called them as Secondeye suggested. The docs checked out just fine and within a matter of minutes my Paypal account access was fully restored.

10/10 from me. Secondeye will be exclusively, from now on, my go-to guy whenever I need solutions to any Paypal matter.

Purchase a Card verified PayPal account from me. Use it to send and receive funds. To withdraw, you need to use 2CO or some other payment gateway.

When you reach the transaction limit of $1K-$1650 then paypal will ask you to provide ID card, utility bill, passport and at that time I will provide you all the documents and after that you can use PayPal freely.
