Hi SecondEye,
I need a personal US fully verified PayPal account (under my real name if that is possible ; I do have a non-US verified PayPal account) to create a US Business PayPal account. As for the business account, I do have all the documents. It is only for the personal version that I do NOT have a US credit/debit card, US bank account, and a US address (if possible, can I get a Delaware address?).
Also, since I am going to run a commercial website (something like Etsy), and might face account limitations in the future if I get disputes etc, and I am sure they will ask for personal documents like US Driver's license, US utility bill, etc. How can I get these stuffs done in advance?
By the way, I will need a US utility bill (state Delaware) for the verification of my business account. Can you get that done for a price? I need to submit it both PP and Sk..."r" and "i" and "l".
Please reply to my questions and let me know the cost for each as well.
