I have had the unfortune to get a Swedish PayPal account Limited about a year ago. The reason being that the account received over 2600 Euro during the course of a year. The account is already credit card verified but now they want Proof of address and proof of identity documents. The account is not in my real name and therein lies the problem.
Can you help?

I ran into a new problem today after everything seemed to be in order and restored. Unfortunately they linked me to a old Paypal account where I owe money on.


What I need now is a new Paypal account where I can accept payments to and withdraw money into a bank account.
