How do I add my US Payment Service to my PayPal account?


Once signed in to your PayPal account, go to the ?Profile? menu and select ?Add or Edit US Bank Account.? You will then need to enter your US Payment Service details, which can be found on your My Account page.
Why was my payment / load rejected?


If you tried to make a private load to a Payoneer card and it was rejected, or if you received a message "Rejected by Payoneer Security Department" / "Private loads are not supported for this card", please check the automatic email that we have sent to you or try to re-load the payment.

Please note the funds will be reversed back to the loader within 5-7 business days from the day of the decline.
