1)The whole thread is really long but I tried to read as much as I could. You mention that we don't need a proxy? Then how it works?
2) I have an Australian paypal, it is very problematic to buy something on US website, they keep rejecting my paypal because it is not us verified. You mentioned that paypal shouldn't be US, if you link a US bank. Will it work in my situation? Can I buy with Australian papal on US websites if it linked to US cc or bank account?

What do I need to do to link payoneer to paypal? Sorry I can't find how to PM you, probably because I'm new. I have an Australian paypal and tried to link Payoneer bank account. Didn't work. Although, paypal says it is possible to link a US (only US) bank account to Australian paypal. I haven't tried to link the car yet. Just received it recently.

What happens if I already have an Australian paypal account (which is on my name) and get a US paypal account on someone else and I access both accounts from the same computer from Russia? Will it be a problem? If so, is there any solution you recommend?
