Do you provide invoices for Amazon? They verify the accounts through phone calls and website visits. Can you get around that?

Its not in my spam.. i received an email saying to click on a link for th vba and vcc. ive been watching that link like a hawk since I bought it and since he said he delivered it but I keep refreshing it and have yet to see the stuff I bought. his delay did make me think outside the box and figure out how to do it on my own so im grateful for that cuz now i got a couple fully verified paypal accounts but I still want the item I paid for. all I need to learn now is how to create my own documents.
