So I've placed 2 recent orders with second eye solution.


First order a brazilian passport, rejected, reason being lack of middle name in passport signature.

My bad, should have checked before, I thought with years of experience they should know this.

Second order, new zealand DL, this time the given last name is totally wrong, it's a male and has a female name instead, how can you make such mistakes?

I could understand messing up one time, but the second time makes me think you either want me to order over again because of document rejection or you really don't pay attention.

Order 25964 please fix the mistake, I'll report back if the document is approved.

The english one is even a man
the hebrew one you wrote is a girl name..

I did not submitted it for review but I am waiting a correction for this order.
