well.. i am a webmaster and use paypal to get paid from chitika, clicksor, adversal, etc
and then i withdraw the money to my payoneer account. i don't do anything else with the account.
what do you think that will paypal lift the limitation after submitting documents?
and if they require SSN then can you provide me SSN?
and if they didn't lift the limitation then will you refund the money?
